The Emilio Aguinaldo College provides library resources and services covering the curricular, institutional, research, and recreational programs of the College. It develops student's skill in the use of library materials and services most appropriate and meaningful in their growth and development as individual.

The EAC Library composed of the Main Library, Manila which is located at the second floor of EAC I and third floors of EAC I and VI, the Technology Resource Center of the library is presently housed in the third (3rd) floor of EAC VII, the Medical Library is at the Penthouse of the Medical Center Manila and which house the medical books and journals, and the EAC Library Extension in Dasmarinas, Cavite which caters to the research and reading needs of students and employees of the EAC Cavite.

The faculty, students, staff, and alumni of EAC constitute the library's regular readers. Outside users such as researchers and students of similar institutions may research in the library every Wednesday upon presentation of their school / office I.D. and referral letters from their library.
